Catching God

So I did my devotions last night, and the Scripture was Psalm 89:1-5

I will sing of the Lord's great love forever;
with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.
I will declare that your love stands firm forever,
that you established your faithfulness in heaven itself.

You said, "I have made a covenant with my chosen one,
I have sworn to David my servant,
'I will establish your line forever
and make your throne firm through all generations.'"

The heavens praise your wonders, O Lord,
your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones.

(NIV)

And I wrote in my devotional journal, "YES!"

I quoted the book, too: "There is no limit to the faithfulness of God."

And I'm to plan a step of faith God wants me to take, but I'm not sure what that might be...?

I write personal reflections, too. And on Sunday night, I wrote about knowing God, not just knowing about Him. I also asked Him to keep holding back the darkness. And I said, "I'm learning freedom."

Last night's Personal Reflection:

God is really beating me over the head now. And I really like it - a lot.

Hard to believe that yesterday I was asking that the darkness be kept at bay, and tonight I said to let it try and catch me.

I must've caught God in between.
